Our core mission is to develop the next generation of imaging systems, including cameras capable of seeing around corners, time-of-flight cameras that work outdoors under bright sunlight, and techniques to see below the skin. Our team collectively shares experience and expertise in many different areas, including computer science, math, optics, electronics, and signal processing.

We are actively looking for new students coming from a wide range of backgrounds to join our multidisciplinary imaging group. Prospective Ph.D students with an interest in computational imaging should apply to either the Robotics Institute, the Computer Science Department, or the department of Electrical and Computer Engineering.
